Suggestion
All of the bottlenecks will cause traffic to be diverted to Eha Street causing a big increase of traffic noise for residents.
Suggestion
I am against extending Vineyard Street. Keep traffic on main arteries and off smaller narrow streets.
Question
How is this Alternative 3 going to prevent bottlenecks on Kahekili, Mill Street, Eha, Lower Main, and Vineyard? Also, in between Kahekili unto imi kala bridge is sensitive to iwi kupuna since the Piihana Heiau is located nearby. How are you able to monitor or prevent any desecration?
